Plans are coming together for Monday’s big night: The 15th annual Metro Awards, honoring the best in participating high-school musicals, live from Paramount Hudson Valley in Peekskill.
If you don’t have a ticket to the loudest proudest moment on the high-school-theater calendar in the Lower Hudson Valley, lohud.com will take you there, with two live webcasts from the Paramount.
From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., I’ll be interviewing nominees (and, hopefully, emcee John Treacy Egan).
From 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., it’s the whole magilla, the Metro Awards, with performances — by the nominees for outstanding overall production, best leading actress and best leading actor — and plenty of hardware to be handed out.
You can see it all on the web at www.lohud.com/metros2013, so be sure to bookmark that URL — which will be activated on Monday.
And if you’re tweeting or Instagramming — from home or from the Paramount — use the hashtag #metros2013 and we’ll have a twitter/Instagram feed on our page, too.
I’ll be tweeting and blogging live, so if you’re in the hall, stop by and say hi.
To catch you up, here’s a link to the list of nominees.
