Lexie Frare, who has saved my life at the Metros with regularity—shepherding kids my way, answering questions—tells me that this year the kids who are up for outstanding child actor will be pulling double duty, bringing the Metros statuettes to the podium to be presented. A tip of the hat to the Miss Golden Globes of years past.
