The lone high-school musical on the schedule this weekend is Rye Country Day School’s production of “Bye Bye Birdie,” with its hip-swiveling rock star, screaming teens and jealous boyfriends.
What sets Rye Country Day’s productions apart is that the cast includes members of the faculty and staff, this year directed by English teacher Dick Pike. It’s a great tradition.
Performances at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow and 2 p.m. Sunday. $15, free for RCDS staff and students. Rye Country Day School is on Cedar Street, Rye.
Next weekend brings:
Briarcliff’s “The Pajama Game,” March 4, 5, 6—866-967-8167
Masters School’s “Babes in Arms,” March 4, 5—914-479-6400
Rye’s “Urinetown,” March 4, 5—tickets at the door

Wish I could help, but almost all of our stuff has been repurposed. I DO have a two dimensional bathtub for “Its Possible” from Rye Middle School’s production this year if you are down in the area getting stuff
