Just heard a cute story from Nyack’s Elliott Forrest, of ArtsRock and WQXR fame.
He’ll be “in conversation” with Alec Baldwin at Nyack High School on March 19.
Forrest says a woman from Minnesota bought two VIP tickets and is flying in just to see the Baldwin chat, which is a fund-raiser for ArtsRock and Nyack High School’s ArtsAngels. Apparently she’s a flight attendant who recently suffered a foot injury and will be limping because she doesn’t want surgery until she comes to Nyack to see the “30 Rock” star.
Trying, unsuccessfully, to resist a “break-a-leg” reference…
