Brewster Theater Co. has its “Birdie” cast

Brewster Theater Company reached out with news about their summer production of “Bye, Bye, Birdie.”
Tickets are on sale now for Brewster Theater Company’s summer production of the family musical “Char”> Brewster High School_Char”>. Directed and choreographed by Christopher Gladysz, performances are scheduled for Aug. 13, 14, and 15 at 8 pm with a matinee on August 15 at 2 pm.
Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students and seniors; a special children’s ticket price of $8 is available for the matinee performance when an adult ticket is also purchased. Tickets can be purchased through PayPal at _Char”>www.brewstertheater.org. Discounted tickets are available by downloading a mail-in order form from the website which must be postmarked by July 31. BTC is also accepting reservations which can be made online or by calling 845-598-1621. Please note that tickets will be sold at the door with payment by cash or check only. This family friendly musical features Brian Field (Brewster) as Conrad Birdie, a fictional 50s rock n roll phemon who is about to be inducted into the Army. His agent (Patrick Allie) stages a final publicity appearance for Birdie (and his entourage) in the small town home of one of his biggest fan clubs.
Other featured performers: Cristina Balsama (Mrs. Peterson), Patricia Cassidy (Doris MacAfee), Matt Compo (Hugo), Maria Grispin (Kim), Regina Sweeney (Rosie), and Paul Stein (Harry MacAfee).
